EMEA Marketing Specialist

As a part of the EMEA Marketing Team, the EMEA Marketing Specialist is responsible for the execution of the different marketing projects, tasks and activities within the EMEA region, in both the countries where the EMEA Channel Team is responsible (indirect model) and those where ESET has a direct office (DE, SK, CZ). The EMEA Marketing Specialist would have participation on projects of regional scope, mainly, and in those that intend to support the key countries within the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Based on the EMEA marketing plan for the region, the EMEA Marketing Specialist will be involved in the preparation and execution of different marketing activities and programs according to the prioritization made by the EMEA Marketing Manager
  • Develop, execute and evaluate different branding, marketing, communication and product related activities to stimulate and support sales, in cooperation with ESET Channel Team and the responsible marketing people from the different ESET offices
  • Leads the execution of assigned regional marketing projects, including:
  • Covering effective advertisement campaigns
  • Implementation and integration of marketing programs
  • Events preparation
  • PR activities
  • Brand awareness and development
  • Product launches
  • Messaging strategy and development
  • Lead generation and trial distribution programs
  • Other projects as assigned
  • Supports the brand strategy by ensuring it aligns with company vision and promise, supporting brand architecture and product naming strategy
  • Close cooperation with other HQ teams and marketing agencies for the preparation of the materials and collaterals that support the projects and tasks within EMEA marketing plan
  • Executes special branding and marketing projects as assigned, with the aim of developing ESET brand, improving sales results or increasing the overall recognition and acceptance of ESET and its values and products
  • Supports EMEA Channel Marketing Managers in the execution of the marketing plans for the key countries within the region, including the creation of specific tools and programs to achieve the goals of such plans
  • Supports marketing responsible people at ESET offices within the region in the development and execution of the marketing plans for their countries, including the creation of specific tools and programs to achieve the goals of such plans
  • Gathers requirements and needs from the EMEA Channel team and the ESET offices for the development of marketing programs and activities; analyzes the market and the competition actions in order to detect trends that might affect ESET goals within the region and suggests and/or executes actions and projects in order to adjust EMEA marketing plans accordingly
  • Collaborates in the creation of marketing plans and tools according to the department goals and assignments
  • Evaluates the performance of the different executed projects, and provides proper reporting to the EMEA Marketing Manager
  • Further tasks and working assignments as per senior personnel’s instructions
