- Ensure that internal controls are designed and implemented effectively in our team
- Be our SME on Zurich’s Internal Controls Integrated Framework
- Assist in assessing, monitoring, and documenting the controls relevant to our team
- Be the point of contact with internal and external audit teams for controls-related discussions
- Identify and evaluate opportunities to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls execution and audits
- 50% Controls monitoring, execution, and assessment
- 30% Communication with colleagues, internal and external auditors

As Risk and Control Specialist, your skills and experience will ideally include:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Analytical thinking, detail-oriented, disciplined
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, make decisions promptly and independently
- Strong communication and negotiations skills
- Drive for continuous improvement and learning
- Basic knowledge of the IT environment and interest to learn more about it
- 0-3 years experience in IT, audit, controls management
- Knowledge of internal control best practices is an asset
- Understanding capital modelling, statistics, and software development is an asset
