Our opportunity

Team Leader for MS Office 365 Level 2 Support team

We offer the opportunity to become Team Leader of Global team, that is currently being formed in Bratislava. Team will be providing a world-class customer service experience to Zurich’s internal end users.

You will lead a Regional Level 2 Product Support team, which will address issues such as: ‘break-fix’ incidents, execute end user service requests and provide end user support for ‘how do I’ queries.

As a team leader you will inspire and engage our workforce by creating an amazing user experience, wherever, however, and whenever we work.

Your role:

• Lead a regional team which is part of a global Zurich function providing Level 2 support for the O365 Products around the world.
• Delivers the required service in line with all documented service levels and other quality measures, using continuous service improvement methodologies to constantly seek to improve the services.
• Maintains and improves overall Office 365 Product performance for Business users.
• Actively provides Office 365 product and technical advice, acting as a Subject Matter Expert.
• Actively leads and contributes to the shaping of technical standards and guidelines.
• Actively engage with key stakeholders to report on service quality, eliminate service failings and provide solutions to improve the customer experience.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

As Team Leader of Product Support team, your skills and experience will ideally include:

• Strong understanding of the Microsoft O365 Product suite and environment
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of Office 365 Products including Teams, Exchange, Sharepoint and Onedrive
• Knowledge of other Office 365 products
• Hands on experience with Powershell scripting
• Good understanding of Active Directory and Azure Cloud
• ITIL certification is advantage Microsoft products certifications
• Experience of working with ServiceNow or similar service management platform
• Strong Team working skills
• Strong customer service focus
• Excellent written and verbal English language.
• Additional language also required dependent on region (Portugese/Spanish for Americas and German or other major European language for EMEA)
