Job description, responsibilities and duties

Are you a strategic planner oriented to detail? Are you trying to deliver the best result as you can? Is your aspiration to work in a project management?
We are seeking for a proactive colleague willing to coordinate following areas:

• financial management not limited to budget administration, reporting, recharges international events of the department organized in Bratislava
• support for coordination of the internship programme
• relationship management with leadership, stakeholders and employees access management and compliance
• leading team onboarding activities support activities of department

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Bachelor´s degree or higher education in Economics, Business administration or similar field
• fluent in English (written and verbal)
• 3 and more years of experience as a PMO or personal assistant
• advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• strong approach to get things done on time
• strong communication skills
