Actuarial expert in Model Risk Management team

Became a part of Zurich Life Model Risk Management team. We provide support for independent validation across Zurich life insurance models all around the wold from Chile to Indonesia, holistically covering various fields from model design, methodology, data quality, implementation, documentation to governance and compliance. What’s more you can contribute to fresh development of our own unique python-based actuarial software used for re-implementation of Zurich models.

Do you have senior experience in Prophet or Moses software?

Do you have senior experience as an actuary in risk management, life insurance business or audit?

Do you enjoy learning new things, programming, puzzles and solving problems?

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Your skills and experience should ideally involve:

• Statistics and Actuarial Modelling
• Product Development (Insurance)
• Insurance Finance and Actuarial Concepts
• Preferred: Experience in multiple functional areas (pricing, reserving, capital management, etc)
• Master degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics/Statistics,
