Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
As a Junior Capital and Risk Analyst, your main responsibilities will involve:
• Develop an understanding of the Internal Capital and Risk Methodology, its processes and data flow
• Support senior analysts in running and coordinating key production processes for the Economic Capital Models and analysis of their results on quarterly basis
• Continuous enhancements and improvements of the production processes, including data preparation, reporting, analysis and systems
• In collaboration with the IT department you will test complex model implementations and ensure that the model calculations are correctly implemented and ready for productive calculations
• Documentation of key processes and data flow
• Other operational tasks that will require the candidate to be flexible, learn quickly and be agile

University education (Master's degree)
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
• Strong analytical background (University degree in Mathematics / Statistics / Finance, actuarial field or similar)
• Understanding the financial and insurance capital and risk models is an asset
• Pragmatic problem solver with a hands-on attitude than can cope with an imperfect world
• Excellent communication skills
• English fluent in written and spoken
• Programming skills are seen as an asset (e.g. R, VBA, Python or similar)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Understanding the financial and insurance capital and risk models is an asset
