Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Act as a Financial IT Service Manager and support IFRS17 team (IFRS17 is a change in Accounting Regulations for Insurance Contracts. To comply with IFRS, Zurich currently develops a business-critical solution. This Solution will be operated as Software as a Service (SaaS).
- Ensure that IT is enabled to meet the Business and Service Requirements
- Ensure that the Business and Service Requirements are met
- Understand the Solutions and to ensure that Solutions can be properly operated
- Ensure valid Service Level Agreements and Budgets are in place
- Develop sufficient skills and knowledge to Integrate Solutions
- Ensure and Enforce proper Integration of Third Party Solutions
- Perform regular Service Reviews with Customers and Suppliers
- Own Solutions and contribute to projects
- Ensure that IT is enabled to meet the Business and Service Requirements

- 5 and more years of experience on similar position
- Good communication and anticipation skills, to be able to delegate work to others and to enable them
- Experience and proven track record in managing Customer / Supplier Relationships (both sides).
- Experience in managing Software Releases, Testing and Deployments
- General IT Affinity Understanding of Cloud-based Technologies and Offerings (e.g. Microsoft Azure)
- Cloud Integration Management and Technologies (Network/Firewall, Security (Authentication / Encryption), Resilience / Disaster Recovery Testing. Standard Applications (Office, Voice, Mobile, Mail)
- Basic Understanding of IT Project Delivery Methodologies (Waterfall, Scrum)
- Good communication and anticipation skills, to be able to delegate work to others and to enable them
- Experience and proven track record in managing Customer / Supplier Relationships (both sides).
