Our opportunity   We are looking for a colleague within the BM Finance area. This role is a mix of a Financial Controller and Data Analyst intended to support EDAA as a whole with multiple financial tasks and duties.  
Your role
  Developing and maintaining timely and accurate financial reports, appropriate for Enterprise Data Architecture and Analytics (EDAA) with its integrated pillars, to facilitate decision making and track financial items Implementing and ensuring compliance with internal financial/accounting policies and procedures Reviewing monthly results and advising cost centre and service owners on actuals as compared to targets and forecast on a monthly basis Integrating and supporting all EDAA pillars with aligned finance processes and – reports Create regular reports and KPIs for leadership team that support tracking against financial targets and propose actions in case of issues Support the Service Owners (Cost Center Owners) with their recurring financial duties, such as budgeting, accruals, cost allocation, forecasting, trouble shooting and rebooking of wrongly assigned costs Support selected key Project Managers to collect relevant data for their monthly project reporting Collaborate with the accounts payable team to keep the procure-to-pay process accurate and transparent and support our internal administrative assistances Overseeing the intercompany invoices coming from our Shared Service locations and provide allocation keys to support adequate service costing Update the Resource Master File as the key source for internal and external resource tracking Support and maintain PlanView time recording tool as key source for the monthly Cost Allocation Process. Ensure the time records upload file for the MicroStrategy dashboard is monthly validated and prepared for execution. Support the procure-to-pay process and and make sure the overview of processed SoW’s or WO’s is current at any time. Your Skills and Experience  
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
At least 3 years experience as financial controller (or equivalent)
A proven ability to deliver quality results within challenging timescales on a regular basis
Very good knowledge in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel on expert level, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
SAP BW experience is welcome
Good communication skills

Primary work location is Bratislava. The salary offered is 1560€ plus other pay elements based on your experience.
