Job description, responsibilities and duties
* Develop financial models and automation tools to translate business needs into software solutions
* Provides consultancy and oversight to other team members on IT implementation topics, acting as the senior technical expert for the team
* Enhance team standards and practice for coding and developments
* Enhance tools landscape and architecture
* Propose ideas for systems and tools innovation
* Support the team in delivering its overall objective for Replicating Portfolio and Stochastic Economic Scenarios productions

Personality requirements and skills
* Master in computer science or related fields
* More than 5 years of relevant experience as software developer, ideally working on financial models implementation (e.g. economic capital modelling, economic scenarios generator implementation, etc.)
* Sound theoretical and practical knowledge on best practices for software developments
* Experience in either of Python, Matlab, R, C
* Experience with Excel and VBA is a must
* Interest on automation topics
* Understanding of capital modelling, statistics, numerical optimization is an asset is a strong plus
* Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
* Analytical mind-set, detail oriented, with a strong commitment to quality
* Highly cooperative, flexible, and enthusiastic team-player
* Strong sense of responsibility and adherence to deadlines
* Ability to build and maintain relationships
