Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
* Drive reconciliation and settlement process between Reinsurer and cedent, and liaise closely with other Zurich reinsuring entities.
* Timely delivers correct accounting data for Reinsurance
* Handles technical accounting for International Programs
* Handles mismatches with between cedents and Reinsurers (intercompany as well as externally)
* Issues payment orders
* Clears open items with cash
* Act as human interface between PC’s and Partners
* Guide partners on premium/invoicing related issues
* Support Partners regarding premium collection
* Ensure high quality of information to all parties concerned and liaise closely with IP Operations and Network Management
* Deliver according to Operating Directives (OD) and Hub guidelines and processes
* Work according to the agreed Hub and Clearing House processes
* Support Partner Relationship Management by maintaining close day to day contact with peers at the partner offices
* Develop and maintain knowledge and expertise about the countries (i.e. the insurance markets) within the Hub territory

Personality requirements and skills
Years of Experience: 3 - 5 or more years is privileged
* Insurance or Reinsurance experience within international environment
* Good accounting knowledge in respect of Sub-Ledger (SAP FSCD) and General-Ledger (SAP)
* Knowledge and adherence to accounting concepts
* Strong MS Excel knowledge
* Very good communication, organisational and analytical skills
* Team player
* 3 times a week to stay until 18:00 CET
* Insurance or Reinsurance experience within international environment
