Job description, responsibilities and duties

* Establish procedures and quality standards, monitoring these against agreed targets.
* Manage operational services delivered to specific IT business units, ensuring quality and performance are maintained and communicated.
* Identify and follows up on actions needed to address performance/quality issues.
* Responds to the IT business for operational IT service queries or issues.
* Network as needed with key contacts internally and externally.
* Maintain critical application lists and highlights Service Level Agreements that may need amending to align with business expectations.
* Build relationships with internal IT service providers and identify gaps where IT services do not meet the business service levels (performance & quality) and recommend actions to close the gaps.
* Manages activities to provide the business with a clear view of services.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

* 2 or more years are required in the field of IT Service Management ideally in a multi-supplier environment including relationship management,
* Experience based on best practice frameworks such as ITIL or COBIT and SCRUM,
* Above average skills of Microsoft Office suite, especially Power Point; including MS Visio and MS Project,
* A hands-on personality with the proven ability to take on and affect change,
* English: Fluent spoken and written, working language (meetings and conferences, technical explanations, documentation).
