Join Zooza as a Sales Enthusiast and become a key player in our mission to expand and strengthen client relationships.

While prior sales experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory. We value candidates who demonstrate superior English communication skills. Additionally, fluency in Polish or Romanian is an asset.

The ideal candidate should be fervently committed to excellent customer service and eager to address and resolve the challenges faced by our partners.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate contact with potential clients to understand their specific needs and challenges.
  • Inform clients about the advantages of our online course management platform and its solutions to their issues.
  • Conduct detailed product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the functionalities and benefits of Zooza's offerings.
  • Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to craft effective strategies for client acquisition and retention.
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients and provide consistent support, addressing any queries or concerns swiftly.
  • Remain informed about industry trends and competitor activities to keep a competitive advantage.
  • Play an active role in enhancing our sales methodologies and customer service practices.

Information about the selection process

Candidates who are interested in position should submit their CV in English. The initial interview will be conducted online. Should there be a mutual interest, a case study will be provided for you to solve, followed by a subsequent online interview.

Personality requirements and skills

  • Education: A secondary school diploma, higher professional education, or a university degree (Bachelor's) preferably in business, marketing, or a related field.

  • Other Skills: Advanced interpersonal skills and proficient communication abilities.
  • Personal Traits and Abilities: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong relationship-building capabilities, a customer-focused approach, the ability to quickly learn and explain technical concepts, proactive problem-solving skills, and a strong team spirit.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
