Software Engineer – Java Backend – Omega Team

WHAT WILL YOU DO

We are looking for a passionate Java Backend Software Engineer to design, develop and deploy the software solution. Software Engineer responsibilities include execution on PM (Product Management) department requirements, defining system functionality and writing code in various programming languages, frameworks, databases and technologies like Java, Spring, Angular, React, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and many others.

Today's contact centres are more complex & expensive to run than ever before. Eleveo simplifies contact center operations and management, providing critical insights faster, enabling our customers to optimize forecasting, operational excellence & agent engagement.

Hence, we are looking for Java Backend Software Engineer for our team Omega, which was formed to create integrations with CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) providers, and subsequent (contact center related) data collection needed for further usage/evaluation in Eleveo applications (WFM, WFO). The ultimate goal is developing a solid ETL tool to provide easy-to-setup integration with customer’s contact center systems and provide seamless experience to its data transfer. In the future, team’s focus will be moved also to HR and different CRM system.

Team Omega currently includes 1 Product Owner, 1 Scrum Master, 2 Java BE developers, 1 React FE developer and 1 QA (in the future, currently in hiring process).

WHAT WILL YOU BE IN CHARGE OF

• Write well-designed, testable code based on PM (Product Management) requirements
• Develop a software product, staying true to our company’s core values and needs while lending your own creativity to the mix
• Create scalable, automated solutions for our customer base
• Integrate software components into a fully functional software system
• Write tests for each new development delivery as well as write tests for existing code to ensure compatibility and stability
• Document and maintain software functionality
