Job description, responsibilities and duties
Be a part of creating a new People Services HUB in the CEE region to support employees and managers within the Secret Escapes Group, a mother company of Zľavomat. Since 2017, Zľavomat has been a member of the international Secret Escapes Group, present in over 20 countries on three continents, financed by the largest investment funds, incl. Google Ventures.
We are currently looking for a HR Administrator to support our People Services Team.
As HR Administrator you will be the contact person for our employees as well as the HR
departments in Bratislava and other regions within the Secret Escapes Group for all
organisational and administrative matters.
Your responsibilities:
● Carrying out all HR administrative activities for the CEE region and other
assigned countries within the Secret Escapes group
● Contact person for personnel-related questions
● Preparation of contracts, contract amendments and other documents
● Maintaining personnel data and files
● Processing of entries and exits
● Preparation of data for payroll for our employees in Slovakia and other assigned
countries
● Support with labour law, tax and social security requirements
● Preparation of statistics and evaluations
● Absence management / maintenance of absence and holiday accounts
● Collaboration with the Global HR Team and, after familiarisation, assumption of
tasks and collaboration in projects.
