Job description, responsibilities and duties
Are you economy/finance fresh graduate with passion in controlling? Do you have a high affinity for numbers and you are ready to take a chance on global opportunity?
Become a part of our Global Controlling Trainee Program.
Your career path as an international qualified Controller will be as followed:
- 12 months at your homebase in Slovakia: You will be fully integrated 6 months in Functional Controlling and 6 months in Project Controlling
- 12 months stay abroad: You will gain comprehensive insight and work as a full team member in the local Controlling department in one of our plants (Austria, China, Mexiko)
- 6 months at the headquarter in Austria: You will be able to use the experience you have gained at the various sites in a targeted manner
- After successful graduation of the trainee program you will work as full Controlling member at one of the sites /at the headquarter
Your main tasks will be:
- Operative Project Controlling in project development phase in cooperation with Project Manager and Project core team
- Commercial contact person for internal stakeholder, especially Project core team and Key Account Management
- Functional Controlling in the areas of operations, engineering, quality and finance at the site
- Participation in the budgeting and planning process
- Support Management Reporting
- Analysis & commenting of deviations in Standard reporting
- Support operational Sales Controlling (planning, forecasting, period-end closing)

- Willingness to learn new things
- International experience desirable (e.g. semester abroad)
