Electronic Cost Engineer

We are looking for Electronic Cost Engineer whose main responsibility is to maintain development and distribution of cost requirements for internal /customer projects within RFQ, project development phase and serial continuous improvements. The right candidate must have electronic background within his/her studies, work experience industry. New member will have an opportunity to bring us his/her knowledge and develop it with our global growing company in automotive industry. This role includes:

• Providing benchmarking analyses of specific components (mainly electronics components)
• Participation in development of hardware electronic layouts for lighting systems (print boards, harness, heat sinks)
• Identification of cost potentials in the RFQ (Request for Quotation) process
• Participation in the concept collaboration during predevelopment projects
• Participation in Design-to-Cost Workshops
• Bottom up and Top down cost estimation
• Performance of Costs calculations
• Simulation of shout costs model base on standardized form
• Support project teams /OEMs/ Suppliers for cost down activities
