Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Responsibility of the entire regress management process at the site, both in the direction of the customers and to the suppliers
- Ensuring that the implementation of the individual recourse cases for products and raw materials and purchased parts is targeted and planned
- Maximizing the commercial effects for ZKW in the processing of individual cases of regress
- Raising awareness of the organization's commitment to the issue of warranty / regress, and the costs associated with it
- Ensuring that complaint processes are applied, understood and optimized
- Subprocess Owner for Processing warranty complaints
- Regular reporting of the achieved results
