Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for an experienced quality engineer for our customer service department.

- Assisting in the resolving any customer questions or queries
- Assist with the control of Final Audit Inspection process
- Generation ,control and updating of Control Plans and PFMEA’s.
- Recording of all internal reject and scrap data.
- Resolution of internal concerns ensuring effective PCA actions are implemented
- Assist in the completion and issue of PPAP and ISIR documentation.
- Ensuring all customer specific requirements are addressed at all stages of processing
- Assist with the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems
- Analyse data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
- develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
- coordinate and support on site/offsite audits / customer visits

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) or German - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Education and Experience
- quality inspection and auditing experience
- competent computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
- knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of Quality Management
- Experience of Gap analysis / continuous improvement

Brief description of the company

Karl Zizala founded ZKW in Vienna in 1938. The brand name is derived from the initials of his name plus "W" for the Austrian capital ("Vienna", "Wien" in German).

The company was expanded in 1954 with the addition of the headlamp factory in Wieselburg, where metal components were initially made for the Lohner and Puch factories. Today the site forms a central core element of the ZKW Group production network.
