Job description, responsibilities and duties
ZDRPP is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Plan to support the Logistics work . The successful candidate will be responsible for Provide the right quantity of products at the right time, place, and cost.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accept customer orders and forecasts (from customer EDI or email)
- Place sales orders in SAP based on customer forecasts and orders.
- Arrange the shipment date based on the customer's order, issue a delivery note in SAP, and notify the warehouse to ship.
- Communicate with customers for temporary solutions to ensure customer production in case of abnormal situations.
- Provide customs clearance documents.
Complete some other tasks temporarily arranged by superiors.

Personality requirements and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics management, or a related field;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics management;
- Knowledge of Logistics expertise
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong data analysis skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Fluent in Slovak and English.
