Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Being responsible for the purchasing commodity Building Projects and leading a team of commodity buyers for Region EMEA.
Support Global Commodity Manager KPI’s including Cost Savings, both EBIT and non-EBIT, improving overall payment terms and driving spend in the region.
Act as a liaison between team members, internal stakeholders, projects, suppliers to ensure compliance with company policies and processes.
Actively drive the development of global commodity strategy and lead regional implementation.
Responsible of cost structure methods and target setting in coordination with global commodity manager.
Leadership of projects from the commodity group (negotiation strategies, target values, real estate market analysis, supplier management, volume bundling, etc.)
Negotiate Lease Contracts / Lease Renewals
Negotiate international contracts independently – establish global supplier relationships and negotiate conditions independently.
Support Sourcing Decisions in alignment with the Global Commodity Manager
