Job description, responsibilities and duties

Purpose:

Strategic and operative development of ZF Suppliers based on defined rating standards. General target to achieve sustainable delivery performance, to secure supply chain and increase our competitiveness.

Tasks:

  • Support task force activities. Coordinate demand of all involved plants, negotiate with involved suppliers. On request support plants in the process to develop critical suppliers. On request support plants in the process to improve Supply Chain to introduce better processes.

  • Lead task force teams, coordinate all necessary steps in regard of supplier development. In case of non logistic topics involve other departments like Quality, Engineering, Purchase, SCM.

  • Support Consignment process, support analysis of consignment potential, and support negotiation process following ZF RASIC. Maintain PL CT consignment report, including tracking the action lists for TOP 10 suppliers.

  • Evaluate supplier performance using DPMI evaluation system, monitor potentials, discuss with plants, help to define actions and monitor action lists. Maintain PL CT potential top 10 suppliers report and tracking the actions lists. Track the status of BOS Report for plant activities.

  • Perform GMMOG Audits, either for new suppliers or if necessary in the escalation process of a bottleneck management. Track action lists, escalate to PL Logistics if necessary.

  • Monitor supplier capacity by using capacity monitoring tool, create standard report and escalate to BU Logistics if necessary.

  • Perform run at rate in case of bottleneck management or in combination with SWAT requests¸ escalate to PL Logistics if necessary.

Levický závod, ktorý je súčasťou Prevádzkovej jednotky Moduly tlmenia, zahájil svoju výrobu v roku 2008 a v súčasnosti zamestnáva vyše 700 zamestnancov.

Tlmič používaný v automobilovom priemysle predstavuje hydraulický systém tlmenia. Pre výrobu tlmičov sa využívajú moderné technológie robotického zvárania v ochrannej atmosfére, katodického ponorného lakovania s predvolenou povrchovou úpravou a montáže hydraulického systému tlmičov.

Spoločnosť dodáva komponenty do takmer všetkých automobilových značiek, najvýznamnejšími zákazníkmi sú Nissan, Mercedes a Volvo.
