Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

  • Cooperation with customers, ascertaining their needs and fulfilling their
requirements, preparing visits, audits, clarifying documentation and
approving projects.
  • Preventive quality control of products and processes within customer
projects in accordance with the concern directive 92/13 and specific
customer requirements. Ensuring product/process quality and customer
satisfaction in connection with 0-km type complaints and practical use of
products. Ensure an adequate level of customer support.
  • Ensuring proper processing of complaints from external customers (0-km
and practical use).
  • Coordination of control measures at the customer and internally.
  • Adaptation of customer service processes to the various requirements of
our customers in case of changes as well as new customers.

Levický závod, ktorý je súčasťou Prevádzkovej jednotky Podvozkové komponenty, zahájil svoju výrobu v roku 2008 a v súčasnosti zamestnáva 370 zamestnancov.

Závod je zameraný na výrobu guľových kĺbov a stabilizátorových tyčí za použitia technológií obrábania, zvárania a montáže.
