ZF Production System Expert PL CT

Accountabilities

• Assist to build up a strong ZF PS organization in the Product

Line, provide lean expert know-how and foster knowledge
transfer/best practice sharing to different hierarchy levels in
x-functions and plants

• Support globally ZF Production System key topics/methods

incl. ZF PS Way, Savings, Lean goes Digital and Lean Indirect

• Support strategic and operational targets of Product Line by

defining and monitoring the ZF PS Way progress, support
lean implementation progress and derive required key
activities based on ZF PS standard reporting (incl. ZF
Objectives & Road Map, Lean Evaluation)

• Ensure cascaded communication, request/bundle feedback,

represent governance function and support of regions/sister - Product Lines as well as act as role model for ZF PS (incl.
coaching/ mentoring)

• Create/develop standards in expert teams for ZF PS method

box, its sustainable roll out / adherence as well as qualify ZF
PS Resources/ cross-functions within ZF for independent
method application and drive advanced ZF PS
workshops/projects within C-Division and if necessary,
company-wide
