Job description, responsibilities and duties

  • Define and execute global freight bill auditing standards. Develop corporate guidelines and documentation for all
Freight Bill Audit solutions
  • Acts as Subject Matter Expert regarding ASSIST4Freight (41 locations with freight spend of >160 m€ p.a. – 32
locations in Germany) related topics including:
  • Master data maintenance (tax regulations, freight cost allocation, technical definition of rules and standards
within the system)
  • Freight rate management on corporate level for all transport modes
  • Incident management as 2nd level support in daily business for 100+ internal users
  • Identify, manage and resolve escalations with freight forwarders
  • Drive continuous improvement processes for self-billing and regular billing, to ensure consistent performance
and results
  • Organization and execution of key user meetings and trainings
  • Lead and drive international roll-out projects of the future Freight Bill Audit Solution to new locations. Manage
cross-divisional requirements and stakeholder.
  • Identify and manage innovation projects in the area of Freight Bill Audit in alignment with the Digital Inbound -
  • Concept. Identify requirements. Specify processes. Support technical enabling in IT systems. Test. Train Key
Users. Roll-out new process. Manage running process.
  • Support Clearing Office Operations for the European Consolidation Center (ECC)
  • Interpret transport data and develop KPIs for management reporting

  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Engineering or similar qualification with 5+ years of working
experience in logistics
  • Experience and understanding of the freight market, transport modes as well as freight tariff structures in
Europe and other regions
  • Familiarity with plant logistics processes with focus on inbound and outbound
  • Experience with the Freight Bill Audit software ASSIST4 Freight
  • German & English business fluent in writing and speaking (must have requirement)
  • Proficiency in MS-Office applications and SAP R/3 (SD + MM) preferable
  • Ability to interface with cross-divisional and cross-functional teams
  • Superior problem solving and analytical skills with a high attention to detail

Produktové portfólio trnavského závodu, ktorý v rámci koncernu ZF vznikol na Slovensku ako prvý už v roku 1993, tvoria spojky pre osobné automobily, meniče krútiaceho momentu a dvojhmotové zotrvačníky. V súčasnosti závod zamestnáva viac ako 1500 zamestnancov. V závode sú sústredené špičkové výrobné technológie z oblasti lisovania, tepelného spracovania, trieskového obrábania, zvárania, chemickej výroby a montáže aj s vysokým stupňom automatizácie. Závod disponuje aj vlastnou nástrojárňou.

V Trnave pôsobí tiež výskumno-vývojový tím aplikačného vývoja a je tu lokalizované aj Centrum zdieľaných služieb pre slovenské závody.
