Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
•Support PMO and PMs in operational tasks, like data maintenance in the PM tool
•Administrate project-related tools and templates (data maintenance via SharePoint; MS Excel templates;
updating of our intranet pages)
•Support the development of our PM tool (create change requests; test new features; follow-up bug fixing with
the IT; create tool documentation and manuals)
•Support the implementation of the Product Evolution Process for the Division & Product Line
•Prepare reports for different stakeholders out of respective systems
•Collaborate and communicate with representatives of the Division, Product Line and line functions
•Train and support of our PM tool (key user)
