Controlling Manager

Responsibilities:

• support the stability & optimization of the organization's profitability and report on a regular basis in accordance with ZF group policies
• review, analyse and monitor operating results in relation to manufacturing and administration costs, budgets and operating policies and prepare suggestions for corrective actions & improvements
• prepare and issue analysis data & management information to support decision makers
• plan and budget the resources necessary to complete all activities on time and in accordance with authoritative guidance
• plan and execute the annual target setting & business plan process for the reporting unit
• guarantee the adherence to compliance policies and fill the role as compliance delegate
• lead the controlling team

Requirements:

• high education degree in financial controlling related field
• ca. 7 years of experience in controlling
• experience in working within controlling department in big manufacturing company, preferabely Automotive
• very good command of English is required, knowledge of German language would be an asset
• very good knowledge of MS Excel, knowledge of SAP
