Your responsibilities

Control and planning

  • unit cost control and planning
  • budget preparation and its standard update (tendencies)
  • controlling and planning of sales, cost of goods sold and Opex
  • regular reporting in system
  • weekly and monthly reports of Sales Force and their analysis
  • analysis of cost of goods sold and cost of samples

Analysis

  • analysis and comparison of sales to the distribution, from distribution to pharmacies and sales from pharmacies to the customers
  • weekly analysis and reporting of stock balance at distributors
  • preparation of monthly P&L including cost reallocation
  • preparation of monthly sales tendencies of the Unit
  • preparation and updating sales trends from distribution to pharmacies for setting sales targets for Med Reps
  • preparation and updating sales trends from pharmacies to the final consumer, monitoring and analyzing development in the overall drugs market
  • analysing marketing and sales data from internal and external sources, monitoring developments in market and potential future markets
  • approving commercial activities, approving discount schemes and their evaluation
  • analysing and tracking of operational and capitalized expenses
  • escalating potential risks/opps and taking measures to complete the yearly targets
  • Balance sheet and especially Net Working Capital tracking and escalating risks/opps, taking measures to complete the yearly target

Reporting

  • reviewing and approving cost in the systems
  • processing of financial procedures
  • preparation of documents for GM report
  • ad hoc tasks and reports

What we require

  • University degree.
  • fluent Czech or Slovak and English.
  • previous experience in pharmaceutical industry is desirable.
  • experience in a similar position min. 3 years
  • analytical thinking, a strong focus on detail, combinatorial abilities
  • Excel, PowerPoint - advanced level
  • flexible and pro-active approach.
  • passion, reliability and working independence.
  • excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills.
  • advanced skills of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • driving license.
