Project Management Officer

• Support running projects in Business Support and Affiliate projects and initiatives by coordination, tracking and following up preset milestones and requesting information as defined in project plans
• Gather information from various internal and external sources and carry out their analysis. Follow up on information not meeting the requested content or form. Combine gathered information in requested form (usually PowerPoint or Excel)
• Support the General Manager Zentiva CZ&SK by compilation of various ad hoc reports on internal processes, projects or market situation.
• Coordinate preparation of materials for business reviews and similar events
• Prepare the business presentations for GM
• Analyze operational practices in the affiliate and escalate improvement proposals to GM and Business Support Director
• Closely cooperate with various managers throughout the Czechoslovakian affiliate and external partners

• Economic education (an alumni or a final year student)
• Fluent Czech or Slovak and English
• Excellent command of MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Attention to detail and diligence
• Excellent communication skills
• Passion and reliability
