We are looking for an experienced procurement professional who will be able to cover the whole area from A to Z, and who will own the groupwide Outsourcing Policy.

This newly created role requires expertise in risk assessment, contract management, and compliance, with a strong emphasis on controlling and monitoring rather than direct vendor management. This position is open for a location in Bratislava or Brno.

What are the main tasks of this role?

  • Oversight: Ensure that all outsourcing activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, and internal policies.
  • Outsourcing Controlling: Implement continuous monitoring of our outsourcing activities in close collaboration with the Business and IT-Owners.
  • Outsourcing Support: Assist, support and orchestrate the activities. Ensure that in all phases of a specific outsourcing the processes and guidelines are followed. Orchestrate that all functions are contributing to a successful Outsourcing.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on the status of procurement activities and risks associated with outsourcing partners. Identify key risks and recommend necessary actions.
  • Intragroup-Outsourcings: Support the various Service Providers and Receivers within the Group with practical help on all aspects of outsourcing as described above. Own and orchestrate a quarterly Outsourcing report.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance outsourcing, procurement and risk management processes.

What should the ideal candidate have?

  • Master or Bachelor level education in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in outsourcing or procurement - risk management, or financial control, preferably within a complex, regulated environment would be a strong asset
  • Strong analytical and risk assessment capabilities
  • Expertise in contract management and financial control
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Advanced knowledge of English language
  • Knowledge of German language welcomed
