DORA Manager

This newly created role is primarily responsible for overseeing, controlling and managing all activities of the DORA regulation. As the DORA framework has been just recently implemented, there is a big potential to shape, improve and adjust. This role is available in Bratislava or Brno.

What are the main tasks of this role?

• Maintain as an Owner our internal DORA Policy
• Responsible for DORA amendments in existing policies, such as risk management, outsourcing, BCM etc.
• Owner of the “Register of Information”
• Identify, initiate and/or lead regular ongoing activities required by DORA regulation such as update on contracts and regular trainings
• Develop DORA Framework implementation
• SPOC for the upcoming internal and external DORA Audits
• Establish DORA controlling and reporting towards senior management
• Identify opportunities to enhance DORA risk management processes
• Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory developments to ensure that the company’s DORA strategies remain effective and compliant
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including BCM, Outsourcing, ICT, Risk, Legal, Compliance and Operations centrally and within our branches

What should the ideal candidate have?

• Master or Bachelor level education in Business Administration, Risk Management, ICT, IT Security or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in managing regulatory frameworks in the area of ICT and/or project management
• Strong analytical and risk assessment capabilities
• In-depth knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements related to ICT and 3rd-party-management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced knowledge of English language
• Knowledge of German language welcomed
