Senior Financial Insurance Controller

What are the main tasks of this role?

• finance Business Partner of the Business Unit Alpine (AT, CH and LI) and providing the CEO of Alpine and the Senior Management with all relevant financial information needed to make informed financial decisions
• ensuring high quality, timely delivery and further development of all Business Units financials related to Closing and Planning/Forecast
• bringing reporting and budgeting to the next level by driving automation, meaningful insights generation and implementation of new technologies
• implementation of a future oriented and flexible structure for the Business Units Financial Controlling in alignment with other local departments
• participation in local and/or group projects (e.g. implementation FP&A tool, introduction Datawarehouse)

What should the ideal candidate have?

• university degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting, Finance, or similar field
• proven track record in the Finance Industry
• proven track record in using and improving digital financial tools (FP&A, BI, RPA)
• English proficiency and German an advantage
• high Quality awareness and stakeholder orientation
• shows entrepreneurship through the ability to develop and execute strategic plans
• highly energetic, dedicated learner, who love to have fun at his/her job
• team player
