Quality Engineer at customer Stellantis Slovakia, Trnava plant

- Follow up the projects quality business plan;
- Being the first interlocutor between customers, Yazaki manufacturing plants and all the departments regarding quality and global improvement;
- Representing Yazaki, in as outside the company in all aspects of quality and has the authority to stop any suspect product or non-compliant processes related to customers;
- Follow-up of global performances per customer plants and Yazaki manufacturing sites;
- Visit in a regular basis the customer plants in order to collect, organise and diffuse in the Yazaki's organisation all the subjects of customer organisation related with Yazaki and insure the Yazaki's feedback about the quality subjects as well for the Yazaki manufacturing plants;
- Take part in all the activities of improvement of the customers' organisations representing Yazaki."
- Ensure the organisation and the customer that all applicable customer-specified controls for nonconforming product(s) are respected / put in place;
- Ensure with the team that all projects meet the customers' rules, Yazaki rules and the QMS by applying the GPMS tool and customer project management.
- To be the Quality Management System for its projetc(s) and ensure the good application of the standards regarding customer project(s);
- Comply with all company’s processes, policies and procedures both on local and central level and align these with local legislation and requirements;
- Ensure that the integrity of the QMS is maintained when changes to QMS are planned and implemented;
- Ensure that all corrective and preventive actions and required evidence are raised and addressed answering in case of non conformance.
