Coordinator HSE

Description

• Prepare & implement EHS&E systems & procedures according BOS, YFIMS and ISO 14001 and 45001 standards
• Prepare, provide  & evaluate EHS trainings
• Prepare plan and allocate Personal Protective Equipment to dedicated employees
• Initiate projects to improve EHS performance
• Ensure that EHS is integrated in projects
• Communicate with contractors & monitor contractors compliance
• Conducts EHS&E system audits
• Track, analyze and improve EHS KPI's
• Tracks & analyze near misses, incidents, injuries and ensure that corrective actions are implemented (also for all Leading indicators )
• Leads & update safety/ fire/ ergonomic /environmental  hazards/impact assessments, defines and controls corrective measures
• Manage the plants' occupational health care service provider
• Lead certification process according ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
• Communicate with representatives of Local / Government EHS Authorities as well as with Reginal EHS leader
• Active leading of EHS Risk and opportunity assessment
• Coordinate Compliance audits and Inspection
• Active participation during acceptance of equipment - EHS topics
• Waste management
• Execute other tasks as specified by the supervisor / department manager including other team members deputizing (facility leader)
• Develop and regularly track Yearly EHS action plan (Compliance calendar) and provide support during implementation of set tasks

Requirements

• Engineering or Bachelors Degree in Health and Safety or Fire protection, alternatively in equivalent field
• Preffered 2 years experience in a production plant with EHS & Fire protection
• Holder of Health and Safety Technician certificate based on Slovak legislation,
• Holder of Fire Protection Technician certificate is an advantage
• Holder of Internal auditor certificate in EHS Management system (ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001) is an advantage
• English language – advanced level
