Finance Analyst Risk Management Procurement

The main objectives of the Finance Analyst Risk Management Procurement are assessing of financial health of Yanfeng’s supply base for all business units globally in order to minimize the business risk, cooperating with the Global Procurement Team, preparing monthly rating reporting, maintaining all records (3PI, shared drive), administration, taking care of insolvent/distressed suppliers and market research

• Perform on time financial assessments of Yanfeng’s suppliers for all business units globally
• Build a trustworthy and long-term business relationships with the suppliers to support the Risk Management goals
• Prepare and report out most current ratings to the global team on monthly basis
• Financial deep dives of strategic suppliers (meetings/calls with the suppliers) and result reporting
• Maintain all Risk Management records including rating service 3PI
• Daily communication towards the supply base (spoken/written)
• Regularly align with Commodity Managers regarding strategic suppliers
• Active support of insolvency proceedings

Position is initially limited contract (Contingent) with opportunity to convert to unlimited in 2022

Minimal base salary from: 1500€/month
