Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

  • Perform weekly matching of AP and AR (at line/invoice level)

  • Settlement and collection of reconciled balances in accordance with IC policies and standard (payment selection and cash application)

  • MEC accrual proposal preparation, OOB balancing and resolution, MEC escalation

  • Preparation of IC final reconciliations, aging files, ad hoc requests, etc.

  • Min. base salary from 1300 EUR

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Personality requirements and skills

  • University degree in business administration or adequate professional experience focusing on Finance/ Accounting

  • Min 1 year in the Accounting department of an industrial company or in an accounting firm

  • MS-Office, ERPs (preferred QAD and/or MFGPro experience, SAP is advantage)

  • English language
