Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

  • Manage relationships with the credit card service provider and the cardholders
  • Receive and validate corporate card applications
  • Propose improvements in work procedures and recommend improvements to the systems used in managing corporate cards
  • Prepare, run, and review various reports 
  • Provide customer service support to employees regarding corporate travel cards
  • Collaborate with accounting department – payment remittance and balance reconciliation between credit card provider and corporate ERP system
  • Report and analyze spending trends
  • Support implementation of commodity strategies for credit cards and fleet management
  • Support appropriate purchase-to-pay (PTP) processes
  • Support accurate and timely reporting of key measurables
  • Improve working capital through optimum payment terms
  • Implementation and continuous improvement of standardization activities


Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

  • Ideally 1-2 years of experience in procurement, commercial, customer support
  • Some experience with supplier negotiations
  • Eager to learn and develop further in procurement area
  • Proficient with general office computer applications such as MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
  • Fluent English, other languages are beneficial
  • Strong Team player and result oriented
  • Pro-active, self-driven personality, effective communicator who is able to build strong relationship inside and outside of our organization
