Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Billing of customer funded projects for multiple countries
- Recharging of costs related to customer funded projects
- Communication with Account Finance Managers regarding billing and overall projects statuses
- Data conversion
- Data errors resolution
- Enhancement of finance processes
- Month-end close activities, posting of Journal Entries
- Reconciliation preparation
- Preparing and uploading of Monthly / Yearly Footnotes
- Fulfilling SOX and Audit Requirements, meet KPIs
- Contact point for questions regarding customer tooling billing
Requirements for the employee
Candidates with education suit the position
University education (Bachelor's degree)
Personality requirements and skills
- University degree in business administration or adequate professional experience focusing on Finance/ Accounting
- Min 1 years in the Accounting department of an industrial company or in an accounting firm
- Strong Accounting background and accuracy
- MS-Office, ERPs (QAD and/or MFGPro experience is advantage, SAP is advantage)
- Fluent in English
