Job description, responsibilities and duties

This is an outstanding career opportunity to support ambitious and continuing growth within whole company. You will be part of the new Central Mobility Team for EMEA Region. We are continuously evolving and improving our ways of working and you will be actively participating on it. Your main responsibility will be supporting European staffing and mobility programs according to current and future business strategies.
 
Your main duties will be:
  • Design and delivery processes by which employees are integrated into the organization
  • Development of innovative HR programs and policies for new Mobility programs and external career transitions
  • Participate in the definition of requirements and selection of respective suppliers - relocation and staffing agencies
  • Acting as a single point of contact case manager for assignees and the business, as well as providing high-level support and advice in all areas of assignment management
  • Ensure legal compliance with all phases of the immigration process
  • Coordinates the daily management of mobility projects ensuring all key milestones are achieved
  • Develop cost estimates for potential assignments
  • Perform end-to-end recruitment in line with client requirements, liaising with hiring managers, HR and business to fill approved open positions in alignment with business objectives
  • Being the 'face of the company' and ensuring a positive candidate experience every time
  • Ensure appropriate service levels are being delivered while partnering with third parties to further improve service offerings and reduce costs
  • Provide expert input to implement initiatives that support external career transitions
  • Maintain expert knowledge of mobility processes by researching best practices, monitoring legal developments. Evaluating trends and conducting benchmark comparison.
  • Provide consultative, problem solving support for business issues related to career transitions
  • Guarantee accomplishment of SLA performance metrics and financial targets.
  • Facilitate team work across the broader HR Team

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Personality requirements and skills

  • 3-5 years of experience working in International Human Resources preferably with experience in managing mobility and recruitment matters
  • Specific experience with the strategy, design, compliance, and administration of expatriate programs, relocation policies and processes, immigration requirements and processes is a plus
  • Fluent in English is must, Russian is a big advantage
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
  • Good organizational planning and decision making skills
  • Broad experience in working in a multi-national /- cultural environment is an asset
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as good project management and networking skills
  • Ability to work remotely and function in an independent manner with a high degree of initiative
  • Customer-focused, with the ability to effectively and quickly build relationships and establish trust
  • Self-starter with can-do attitude
  • Ability to learn on the fly and adapt to an ever-changing sales environment
  • Willingness to travel abroad
