Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Processing of travel expenses in Global automated travel and expense system
- Manual booking of T&E reports
- Checking correctness of travel and expense reports and as well checking of enclosed receipts and invoices
- Full service provided in respect of employees´ issue solving
- Helpdesk provided through email/phone/ communication
- Payment proposals reconciliation
- Provide support and timely react to other departments and internal customers
- Ensure KPI are met
- Minimal base salary from: 1000 EUR
Requirements for the employee
Candidates with education suit the position
University education (Bachelor's degree)
Personality requirements and skills
- Business education degree or adequate professional experience focusing on Finance/Accounting
- 0 - 2 year experience in the Accounting department
- Accounting background and accuracy, MS-Office, Concur, ERPs - preferred QAD, SAP is advantage
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication skills, flexibility
- Willing to work US working hours (2 weeks a month)
