• Responsibility for smooth process of conversion and transfer VDA/EDI self-bill data to ERP
• Resolving data errors occurred after matching process
• Participate actively on business rules set up to avoid repetitive errors in self-billing process
• Tracking and reporting of mismatching data to plant logistics department and looking for permanent resolution
• Prepare price/quantity discrepancy reports as result of self-billing matching process and follow up with responsible departments
• Active approach and enhancement of selfbilling process for existing and new selfbilling customers
• Participate on correct mapping set up for new selfbilling customers
• Close communication with other OTC subteams, Customer Business Units and Plant Finance/Logistics department
• Ensure KPIs are met
