Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Simulation of detailed connections like screw domes, retainer, heat stakes, snap clips and more
- Robustness studies in CAE to cover variation of material and design tolerances
- Close collaboration with design team to implement best solution for subassemblies
- Validation of these specific connections in CAE on base of test results
- Material card validation
- Working within intercultural groups as team member
Requirements for the employee
Candidates with education suit the position
University education (Master's degree)
Personality requirements and skills
- Diploma or Master in automotive engineering or comparable
- Experience in CAE automotive
- Knowledge of CAE Solver LS-Dyna, Pamcrash advantage
- Knowledge of using Altair Hyperworks as pre- and post processor
- Experienced of using Windows environment and MS Office
- Customer orientated approach
- Fluent English, German advantage
- Good communication skills and team spirit
- Expected high flexibility & engagement, willingness to build up new personal capabilities
