Job description, responsibilities and duties
Responsibilities
- Implementation of concepts, solutions, improvements on Logistics Operating systems, Databases and/or base
- application functions.
- Gather and business process data to suggest and investigate potential solutions. explore different solutions, their risks, benefits and impacts
- System Administration/Maintenance and accuracy of Logistics Operating systems, Databases and/or base application functions
- First level user support
- Project work / support for the relevant systems, from implementation through to system administration and updates
- Organization and Implementation of user training and introduction
- Act as interface between IT and Operations for ERP/WMS
Requirements
- Technical and/or commercial education
- At least 2-3 years in system application
- Computer skills (MS Office)
- ERP / WMS skills
- Project Management skills
