Responsibilities
- Support for CAD/PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) users in Europe.
- Test, validate & implement OEM specific CAD Environment setup
- Be the contact person to EU Customers (e.g. BMW, FCA, Volvo ) for administrative tasks (e.g. OEM, Customer portal, OEM-Supplier relationship, Supplier user accounts).
- Working within intercultural groups as team member.
- Planning and conducting CAD trainings, Data Exchange trainings
Requirements
- Degree in mechanical engineering
- At least 3 years experience in Automotive
- Knowledge of CAD system ( Unigraphics, CATIA V5)
- Knowledge of PLM system Teamcenter
- Fluent English
- Good communication skills
- PC-Skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Customer oriented approach
