OTC Accountant

• Ensure proper posting of outgoing invoices and finance documents together with proper communication with plant
• Follow up on incomplete invoices or any issues which occur
• Payment detail analyses and accurate cash allocation to open items on customer account
• Independent and proactive resolution of open issues, discrepancy management, identifying the root cause of discrepancies and resolution in cooperation with CBUs and plant finance department
• Review of past due invoices and collect payments from respective customers
• Proactive approach and enhancement of cash allocation and dispute resolution process
• Aged receivables management and regular follow up and resolution of unallocated items

Qualifications

• University degree in business administration or adequate professional experience focusing on Finance/ Accounting
• Min 1 year in the Accounting department of an industrial company or in an accounting firm preferably in areas of Order to Cash, Accounts Payable, General ledger, banking or fixed assets.
• MS-Office, ERPs (experience with SAP is advantage)
• English language
