Finance Analyst (Finance Systems)

Responsibilities

• Key business contact for support & continuous improvement of Finance applications
• Administration of external Financial systems (TRAX)
• Administration of internal Financial systems (Account Reconciliation Tool, Payment Approval Tool, etc.) that support individual SSC departments in their daily tasks
• Act as consultant and advisor for users working with Financial systems and cooperate with software engineers and developers
• Timely react on any requests from internal and external parties
• Conducting trainings and preparing supporting documentations
• Monthly and ad hoc reporting

Requirements

• University degree in accounting, business administration, finance or IT, or adequate professional experience focusing on technical support
• Fluent English
• Good communication skills
• General accounting knowledge, basic programming skills, technical skills with ERPs or other financial software
• Knowledge of Scrum process and SharePoint is advantage
• Knowledge of VBA, HTML, Ruby or other programming language is advantage
• MS-Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) skills
