Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Objective of function is to plan, execute and control IT Projects within scope, budget and timeline as well as apply PM2 standard methodology, tools and techniques for Project Management.

Job Activities

Initiating Process - Develop Project Charter and identify stakeholders of the project
Planning Process - Develop Project Management Plan
Define scope, activities, schedule
Plan quality control and communications
Execution Process - Direct and Manage Project Execution
Acquire and manage Project Team
Perform quality assurance
Distribute information and manage stakeholder expectations
Monitoring & Control Process - Monitor and Control Project Work and Perform Integrated Change Control
Control scope, schedule and costs
Report performance according to communication plan, monitor and control risks
Closing process - Close Each Phase by Phase Exits
Plan and provide basic trainings for key- and endusers for all platforms and applications in scope
Plan and execute handover to responsible support teams and plants before closing the project

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

University degree in IT or Economics

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) or Slovak - Advanced (C1) or Czech - Advanced (C1)

Driving licence

Personality requirements and skills

We are looking for responsible, analytical, process and customer oriented person with perfect communication and presentation skills, who is able to interact with team in order to reach team goals and business objectives.

University degree in IT or Economics
Project Management Quailification (Prince 2, PMP)
3 years IT project-related experience
Fluent in English and local language (Czech / Slovak)
Knowledge of ERP Systems
Knowledge of EDI standards and processes
Ability to cooperate with people of different levels inside/ outside the company
Knowledge of Automotive Business processes is a big advantage
