Automotive Land Mobility

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Coordinator to manage sales activities, dealer network support, and operational field support within the Land Mobility Division across the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

This role plays a key part in achieving sales objectives, developing a professional dealer network, and ensuring sustainable business growth while strengthening the company’s market presence and brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities

Execute the sales strategy and develop local sales plans, price lists, and dealer programs.
Prepare and implement annual sales plans and budgets, ensuring achievement of targets and margins.
Provide continuous support to the dealer network, enhancing their professionalism and customer-centric approach.
Conduct market analysis, monitor competition, and identify sales and growth opportunities.
Department support with operational, sales, and administrative tasks, including field monitoring and event participation.
Cooperate closely with the marketing team to align strategies, monitor promotional results, and participate in relevant events.
Develop and expand the dealer network strategically, ensuring compliance with company policies and alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with the international team on planning, budgeting, reporting, PSI management, and product coordination.

Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of business experience in sales, dealer management, or a related area.
Strong knowledge of business planning, program execution, and market analysis.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
Valid driving licenses A and B.
