Job description, responsibilities and duties

Main responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and handling quotes for XAL products
• Dealing with technical enquiries from specifiers and installers
• Handling product-related enquiries from our clients
• Giving on-site support with XAL products installation and handling on-site claims
• Working closely with the Austrian based technical team
• Working independently on new lighting projects

Information about the selection process

It's not a senior position and is suitable for young open minded and motivated candidates with good communication skills.
There will be an intense training period in our XAL EE office that will familiarise the successful candidate with XAL’s products and the work environment.

• A creative and open mind
• Knowledge of AUTOCAD, and ideally RELUX or DIALUX is an advantage
