Job description, responsibilities and duties

The "WORLD OF TOOLS" today is a leading supplier of hand tools, garden tools, garage and power equipment in the Russian market. Intensive development and successful implementation of international projects have led to the creation of the Group of Companies "WORLD OF TOOLS" and entry into the international market. Today the company employs about 2700 people and has more than 50 000 active clients in the whole territory of its operation and has partner companies in CIS countries, Eastern Europe, North and South America.
To provide better service to its customers, the company announces a vacancy

SPECIALIST OF SERVICE CENTERS in the Czech Republic and Slovakia

1) Tasks:
- search for service centers in Czech Republic, Slovakia
- assistance in negotiating contracts and working conditions in the service centers
- consulting in the field of legislation of these countries on work and service
of power equipment
- assistance in establishing logistics of parts from Bulgaria to the SC
- assistance in working with service centers:
a) the collection of goods from the client directly;
b) from a point of sale. Does the service center provide logistics
c) possibility to contract with SC directly from Bulgaria (direct contract Bulgaria-SC
Slovakia, direct contract Bulgaria-SC Czech)

Candidates with education suit the position

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) or Czech - Proficiency (C2) or Slovak - Proficiency (C2)

Personality requirements and skills

3) Highlighted below are some additional requirements for the candidacy of a “specialist
employee”:
a. Professional requirements:
- work experience in the field of serving power equipment, including
experience of the management of the service center for this equipment will be
considered a significant advantage;
- Knowledge of the local market of power equipment (tools) is an advantage;
- Knowledge of the regulatory framework in the field of equipment serving is
an advantage;
b. Language Requirements:
- native language: Czech or Slovak;
- knowledge of English;
- the use of the Russian language in work is an advantage.
c. Other:
- Driver's license and your own car. Possibility to go on business trips in this area;
- Proactivity;
- Focus on results, including full customers and end users satisfaction.

The duration of the contract is temporary - 6-9 months, part-time, the candidate will work remotely.
After the end of this period and the successful establishment of the network of service centers,
appropriate decisions will be made to extend the work with the candidate.
