Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an effective legal and regulatory compliance program
• Draft, review, and update internal compliance manuals, policies, procedures, and systems
• Monitor new and upcoming regulations and provide guidance to management
• Create and oversee action plans in response to audit findings and compliance breaches
• Conduct regular audits of company procedures, practices, and documentation to identify risks or weaknesses
• Evaluate company operations to assess compliance risks
• Ensure employees receive up-to-date training on relevant regulations and internal processes
• Provide support to employees regarding legal and compliance matters

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial sector
• Master’s degree in law, Finance, Business Management, or a related field
• English — Upper Intermediate (B2)
• Microsoft Office — Advanced proficiency
• Strong understanding of legal procedures and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Highly analytical with exceptional attention to detail
• Knowledge or experience with financial regulation (capital markets) and GDPR is a strong advantage
